OZONE Film face shuttering plywood is usually used in the construction industry to hold concrete materials while it sets. Surface film is a type of alpha cellulose paper which is impregnated with glue/resin. Film faced formwork plywood have improved resistance to abrasion, moisture penetration, chemicals, insects, fungi and borers. Filmfaced plywood is typically used for exterior environment because of its lesser swelling and shrinkage property and also resistance to twisting and cracking of plywood under extreme weather condition.

LAMINATED PLYWOOD

Assembled core veneers are pressed in hydraulic press then sanded in imported calibrated machine where to ensure uniform thickness.
