Clean the surface with a damp cloth and allow the surface to dry. apply one coat of sealer with brush, cloath or spray gun and allow the surface to dry. stainer may also added with sealer to create base coat. apply stainer by rag method or with spreay gun.

polish

Each moulded door is painted with a white finish to ensure a uniform appearance, ready for application of commonly used top coat. directly apply 2 to 3 thin coat top quality paint of your choice. these doors have its own wood grains hence doesn’t need to use veneer or lamination

door fitting & design

• Doors must be horizontacy stacked in a flat,cool dry surface.
• Doors must not be stored direct sunlight.
• remove the plastic cover just before the installation.
• Fit the door after completing the wet area work and after cleaning the site.
• Immediately on installation of the doors, apply primer coat(for mould skin door) on the entiredoor.
